La atención dentro de la sucursal es muy buena. Me parece que ante la situación en la que nos encontramos, los ejecutivos son altamente profesionales y productivos.

No habren a la hora que indica en la sucursal, es un asco los cajeros y el multicajero se traba muy seguido, ademas el personal da prioridad a personas que conocen y te dejan esperando mucho tiempo

Muy mala experiencia no saben organizarse ni tomar las medidas ante la pandemia una hora esperando para q el q estaba de encargado no se q sea se estrése y de mala gana te conteste y ni si quiera te oriente en lo q nesecitas e acudido a otros bancos y nada q ver según sana distancia y la gente se les colaba y ni en cuenta ???

siempre tiene gente esperando la fila de más 20 personas, los cajeros automáticos pocas veces funcionan, el cajero en ventanilla es buena su atención & servicio pero es superado por la demanda, sería bueno que funcionen las 3 ventanillas cuando los cajeros automáticos no funcionan.

2 ejecutivos para una sola operación, si pueden atiendan a otra sucursal, son ineficientes y te tardas mucho por qué atienden lento y sin ganas.

Esta sucursal del Canal del Norte, es pésima, muy lenta la atención con ejecutivos, nunca hay nadie en su lugar y son tan pocos profesionales en su aspecto como en su manera de informar, tardas mínimo 2 horas en pasar y ya estando adentro te quieren sacar inmediatamente, sin resolver dudas o dar la atención adecuada, la imagen de los ejecutivos en verdad deja mucho que desear. Pese a que la remodelaron, los cajeros rara vez funcionan. Muy mala sucursal, da mala imagen al banco.
This branch of the Canal del Norte is terrible, the attention with executives is very slow, there is never anyone in their place and there are so few professionals in their appearance as in their way of informing, it takes at least 2 hours to pass and once they are inside they want you remove immediately, without solving doubts or giving adequate attention, the image of executives really leaves much to be desired.
