★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESIMO PESIMO PESIMO SERVICIO me cargaron un seguro sin informarme sobre el antes mencionado y me bajaron toda mi primera quincena.
Se tardan demasiado en atender , eh visto las sillas llenas de clientes y los empleados así se meten a comer y atienden a la gente hasta que regresan de su almuerzo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He entrado aquí para hacer solo depósitos y no tardo más de 15 minutos incluso cuando hay mucha gente, aunque en alguna ocasión pasé con un ejecutivo y para dar información sobre apertura de cuentas te ven como si fueras un vagabundo muerto de hambre incluso si tu intención es abrir una cuenta para empresas, la información que te dan sobre qué necesitas para abrir una cuenta es una lista interminable de documentos y hasta un "estudio socioeconómico" (el cual me mencionaron a mi) le tienen que hacer a uno, en general en caja atienden rápido y el personal de seguridad es amable. La chica de cajas, una delgadita de tez blanca, es amable y rápida.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hagan algo con los cajeros rara vez funcionan y pongan más cajeros para deposito. En ventanilla hay solo un cajero atendiendo. Pongan mínimo 3. Esta enorme la sucursal para que haya tan poco personal.
Do something with the ATMs they rarely work and put more ATMs for deposit. At the window there is only one teller attending. Put a minimum of 3. The branch is huge so there are so few staff.
