★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este banco Santander Serfin jajaja es muy lento exageradamente lento y sus cajeros son igualmente lentos, yo he ido varias veces al banco y es de perder un buen de tiempo pues pueden ver la gran fila de gente y no abren los de más cajeros no sé si es porque no tienen personal o no quieren gastar o porque son de actividad lenta, pero eso sí tienen un humor no tan agradable, bueno, no todos pero algunos de ellos si lo tienen, hace poco los están remodelando esperemos que esto sea para mejorar y ahora cuenten con un mejor organización, sistema y rendimiento, bueno esa es mi opinión saludos
This bank Santander Serfin hahaha is very slow exaggeratedly slow and its cashiers are equally slow, I have gone several times to the bank and is losing a good amount of time because they can see the large line of people and do not open the more cashiers I do not know if is because they do not have staff or do not want to spend or because they are slow activity, but they do have a not so pleasant mood, well, not all but some of them if they have it, they are remodeling them recently, hopefully this is to improve and now have a better organization, system and performance, well that's my opinion greetings

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible atencion lleno de personal malhumorado lento, poco capacitado e inepto. Llegue a pagar mi seguro y la señorita de la ventanilla no sabia como realizar la operación, tirandome la culpa de que estaba mal mis referencias, por lo que se me hizo extraño porque siempre he pagado de la misma forma, al querer veridicar la informacion con mi pdf en mi celular me gritan 3 de sus trabajadores de forma histérica que no podia checar nada y que me retirata de la sucursal, a los pocos minutos llego el supervisor y se dio cuenta que la que estaba mal era su empleada de ventanilla y despues de 20min pudieron realizar mi depósito.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, tardan más de 4 horas únicamente para entregar una tarjeta, atienden cuestiones personales, no dan resultados, solo hay uno trabajando, solo lleguen si quieren perder el tiempo, es un asco la atención
