no hay lugar para estacionarse. y no te puedes parar en la avenida ya que es muy transitada.

Tuve que venir a esta sucursal ya que la que está 50 metros abajo no tenía servicio y esta solo tenía abierta una ventanilla, una hora y media esperando para pasar a ventanilla Parecen Oxxo’s estos Santander; sin servicio y con una sola caja abierta

Son muy GROSEROS los empleados de este santander,yo me anoto en su lista para que me atiendan y aunque me anote,ellos deciden noo atenderme,tanto asi que llaman a gente que llego despues que yo, y cuando les pregunto: q esta pasando? Si yo llege antes y me anote desde hace una hora,ni si quiera te contestan.Yo he tenido muchos problemas por que me an discriminado en ese santander de plan de ayala hace un año hasta me hicieron llorar, y pedi hablar con la gerenta pero ni si quiera te dan una disculpa,son de lo peor:(
The employees of this Santander are very THICK, I write them down on their list so they can attend me and although they write me down, they decide not to attend me, so much so that they call people who arrived after me, and when I ask them: what is happening? Acudí un sábado. Es de las pocas sucursales que abren este día. No me gustó que tienen a la gente formada fuera de la sucursal haciendo fila para ser atendida, pues es vía pública y no me parece seguro. Hay una persona del banco que sale frecuentemente para revisar qué trámite va a hacer la gente y controlando el acceso al interior de la sucursal, pero en ningún momento validan o preguntan si hay un cliente Select para darle prioridad. En mi caso yo soy un cliente Select y dejaron pasar a dos personas con ejecutivos antes que a mí. Ya dentro de la sucursal se me indicó que había una ejecutiva que sólo atendía a clientes Select y tuve que esperar más de una hora para ser atendido. lo peor de todo es que la atención de esta ejecutiva que supuestamente debería de encargarse de clientes preferentes es muy mediocre. No quedé satisfecho con su atención y solicité ver al gerente. Me atendió el subdirector de la sucursal y en 5 minutos resolvió mi problema, cuando la otra ejecutiva no tenía la menor idea de lo que estaba haciendo e incluso me sugirió regresar 3 horas más tarde a la sucursal en caso necesario, cuando el subdirector me mostró que para lo que yo necesitaba, incluso no era esencial acudir a sucursal. De mi lado acudí porque intenté hacer mi trámite desde supernet pero me salió un mensaje de que debía acudir a sucursal. Pero el subdirector me ayudó a realizar lo que necesitaba desde la app. Le hice notar mi frustración, pues el portal de supernet me había indicado acudir. Punto de mejora para el banco en general y para esta sucursal.

There is a person from the bank who goes out frequently to check what procedures people are going to do and controls access to the interior of the branch, but at no time do they validate or ask if there is a Select client to give them priority. In my case I am a Select client and they let two people with executives pass before me. Once inside the branch I was told that there was an executive who only served Select clients and I had to wait more than an hour to be served. The worst of all is that the attention of this executive who should supposedly take care of preferred clients is very mediocre. I was not satisfied with their care and requested to see the manager. The deputy director of the branch attended me and in 5 minutes he solved my problem, when the other executive had no idea what he was doing and even suggested that I return 3 hours later to the branch if necessary, when the deputy director showed me that for what I needed, it was not even essential to go to a branch. From my side I went because I tried to do my procedure from supernet but I got a message that I had to go to a branch. But the deputy director helped me to do what I needed from the app. I made him notice my frustration, because the supernet portal had told me to go. Point of improvement for the bank in general and for this branch.
