★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio!! No hay calidad de banco en esta institución, como es posible que nos tengan formados las 3 o 4 horas afuera esperando, en riesgo de un asalto o del contagio... Podrian abrir mas cajas y hacer mas ágil el servicio!! Si los tramites que tengo que hacer no fueran forzosamente en banamex con gusto me cambio de banco!!
Ojala y las autotidades competentes hagan algo al respecto con el servicio que presta este banco... Banamex!!
Terrible service!! There is no quality of bank in this institution, as it is possible that they have us formed the 3 or 4 hours outside waiting, at risk of an assault or contagion ... They could open more boxes and make the service more agile !! If the procedures that I have to do were not necessarily in Banamex, I would gladly change banks!
Hopefully and the competent authorities do something about it with the service provided by this bank ... Banamex !!
