El multicajero no sirve bien, y cuando vas a ventanilla solo hay uno o dos cajeros, te tardan horas porque le dan preferencia según a los clientes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sistema demasiado lento. Pase más de una hora en el sol esperando a que me atendieran en ventanilla y solo tienen una caja abierta de las 4 que disponen. Horrible servicio
System too slow. I spent more than an hour in the sun waiting to be seen at the window and they only have one open box of the 4 they have. Horrible service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeramente los cajeros no sirven, a cada momento se quedan las tarjetas, la atención a cliente es muy muy lenta y muy mínima.
Pésima organización, tienes que estar 2 horas en fila para pasar a escritorio
First of all the ATMs are useless, the cards are kept at all times, customer service is very very slow and very minimal.
Terrible organization, you have to wait 2 hours in line to go to the desk

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los cajeros automáticos son un problema, no recomiendo ir a disponer de efectivo con tarjeta a estos. Siempre tienen problemas. El servicio de atención al cliente es una burla, demasiado lento y algunos prefieren estar revisando sus celulares en lugar de atenderte.
ATMs are a problem, I do not recommend going to have cash with a card at them. They always have problems. Customer service is a joke, too slow and some prefer to be checking their cell phones instead of serving you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todos los días son asuntos con los cajeros "automáticos" que dan más problemas de los que resuelven. Cuando no retienen mi plástico, el sistema se congela o se reinicia a mitad de una operación. No hay eficiencia, no hay eficacia. Pésimas experiencias.
Every day there are issues with the "ATMs" that give more problems than they solve. When they don't hold my plastic, the system freezes or reboots mid-operation. There is no efficiency, there is no efficacy. Bad experiences.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estuve marcando desde hace rato ya que quería saber si el trámite que necesitaba estaba disponible en sucursal, y jamás respondieron el teléfono, ahorita que me encuentro en el banco veo que el teléfono lo tienen en silencio y solo prende una luz cuando marcan, pero jamás lo responden.
I have been dialing for a long time since I wanted to know if the procedure I needed was available in the branch, and they never answered the phone, right now that I am at the bank I see that the phone is silent and it only turns on a light when they dial, but never they answer it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No merece ni una estrella. Estuve esperando más de 2 horas para que me atendieran. El servicio es pésimo, muy lento. Son amables eso sí, pero demasiado lentos en cuanto atención a cliente.
It doesn't even deserve a star. I was waiting more than 2 hours to be served. The service is lousy, very slow. They are friendly yes, but too slow in terms of customer service.
