Terrible service and customer service, the 4 executives and cashiers are not one, all on the cell phone and not at all friendly.

El tiempo de espera es demasiado y esto pone en evidencia la falta de eficiencia y eficacia de los ejecutivos para resolver las diferentes operaciones que necesitamos realizar los tarjetahabientes. O bien que su sistema es tan lento que no vale la pena estar en este banco. Voy a cancelar mi cuenta.
I have been trained for 50 minutes and none of the executives has been unemployed. The waiting time is too long and this highlights the lack of efficiency and effectiveness of the executives to solve the different operations that cardholders need to carry out. Or else that your system is so slow that it is not worth being in this bank. I am going to cancel my account.
