★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal no te da la información necesaria para realizar un trámite, te hacen dar vueltas y al último te invitan cordialmente a visitar tu sucursal de apertura, haciendote perder el tiempo de forma descarada. No abran una cuenta en Santander, es una pesadilla.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible servicio, lentos y te atienden de mala manera. Muchos no somos hábiles con la banca en línea, acudí por asesoría y su respuesta es : ahí vaya leyendo lo que le pide. Saliendo de ahí después de estar formada una hora para entrar cambié mi cuenta por medio de portabilidad a otro banco... En 15 minutos estuvo listo, ahí si resuelven !!!! Pésimo banco Santander.

La señorita de la entrada pasó a una señorita que tenía 5 min de estar esperando a un cubículo y no respeto el turno de los demás que ya llevábamos de 1 a 2 horas esperando
