Las puertas de el banco dicen abrir desde las 9 de la mañana pero al intentar ingresas te dicen que no asta las 10 y la verdad muy mala atención están brindando los del banco

Es la peor sucursal del peor banco. A nadie le deseo tener que lidiar con la ineptitud y mala atención de los empleados de esta sucursal ni con la complejidad e ineficiencia de los sistemas de este banco. Pésimo servicio la subgerente de la. Sucursal ha tramitado 5 veces mi carta de liberación de hipoteca y no la pueden hacer bien. Estoy desde el mes de febrero con el proceso y me hacen ir cada 15 días a dejar la misma documentación. No saben dar servicio el. Banco es pésimo. Hasta el dia se hoy no tengo respuesta porque segun ellos sigue estando mal. Y no saben qué hacer... Mi recomendación contraten gente con criterio, que sepa leer, entender y tenga ganas de dar servicio al cliente.
Terrible service the assistant manager. Branch has processed my mortgage release letter 5 times and they can't get it right. I have been with the process since February and they make me go every 15 days to leave the same documentation. They do not know how to give service. Bank is lousy. To this day I have no answer because according to them it is still wrong. And they don't know what to do ... My recommendation hire people with criteria, who know how to read, understand and want to give customer service.

Esta ubicación es ideal para quien no tenga nada que hacer. El personal es poco y tardan muchísimo en atenderte, de hecho al final nos fuimos porque las clientas que recibían atención (estaban ahí desde que llegamos, ya llevaban tiempo atendiéndolas). Después de 30 minutos nos fuimos porque encima faltaban 4 clientes.
This location is ideal for those who have nothing to do. Si quieres retirar del cajero automático , que no dispensen el efectivo y te lo descuenten . Usa los ATM de esta sucursal coludidos hasta los tuetanos . Eso sí te dirán que no tiene nada que ver con ellos. Tardarán unos meses "investigando" ? ?
