★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aparte de tener el banco con lo peores cajeros la atención en ventanilla y ejecutivos es muy lenta y no hay gente en la entrada para guiarte o preguntar qué servicio necesitas.
Apart from having the bank with the worst ATMs, attention at the teller window and executives is very slow and there are no people at the entrance to guide you or ask what service you need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, solicité una cuenta de débito y no me dieron la tarjeta, estuve yendo 2 semanas y me decían que no había, me hicieron pedir una tarjeta Express para que al final me dijeran que siempre si tenían tarjetas de débito.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solo puedes hacer tres movimientos en ventanilla, y aun así, las cajeras se tardan horrores, se quedan con los centavos sin importar sin 1 o 90, no te los dan. Los ejecutivos son lentos, un empleado de la empresa donde yo trabajo, fue a abrir su cuenta de nómina y no quisieron, que por que no había tarjetas. Pesimo servicio, realmente ocupo este banco por pura necesidad, y en general Santander da un pésimo servicio.
You can only make three movements at the window, and even so, the tellers take horrors, they keep the pennies regardless of 1 or 90, they don't give them to you.
