★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, tardé una hora para que me atendieran y no tenían mi tarjeta, llamas por teléfono y no contestan, solo hay 1 ejecutivo atendiendo y 2 personas en ventanilla, varias personas se fueron sin atenderlas por el tiempo exagerado de espera, muy mal atención en la sucursal, tienen mucho por mejorar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acompañe a un compañero a un trámite y la persona que nos atendió al pedirle algo hacia caras de mal gusto.
Yo sin ser cliente decidí ese día no arrimarme a la sucursal por el simple echo del mal trato de esa persona.
Deberían valorar más su trabajo, pareciera que ellos creen que tienen asegurado trabajo aunque traten de manera muy fría e incómoda.
