★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nefastos!!! Pedí dos veces el cambio de sucursal y nada más no queda. Al reclamar me dicen que solo el subdirector puede solucionar, y éste o no está o está ocupado, nada más te tienen dando vueltas. Encima de todo quieren venderte alguno de sus productos a la fuerza. Los cajeros van por el mismo camino, sólo uno hace su chamba, los otros por cada cliente que atienden se toman 1 a 3 minutos para platicar y reír, mientras la gente los espera.
Nefarious !!! I asked for the change of branch twice and nothing else remains. When claiming they tell me that only the assistant director can solve, and he or she is not or is busy, they just have you going around. Above all, they want to sell you some of their products by force. Cashiers go the same way, only one makes his chamba, the others for each customer they serve take 1 to 3 minutes to talk and laugh, while people wait for them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los ejecutivos dan la información contradictoria. Me hicieron esperar 20 min para decir “no se puede”.... quería cambiar mi cuenta a esta sucursal pero en cambio voy a optar por otro banco (después de 10 años con ellos!!!)
Executives give conflicting information. They made me wait 20 min to say “it can't be done” .... I wanted to change my account to this branch but instead I'm going to choose another bank (after 10 years with them !!!)

2 horas perdidas para que te digan que el sistema está fallando y no se puede realizar mi trámite
Absolute waste of time. A single executive attending. The others never appear although they are there.
2 hours lost to be told that the system is failing and my procedure cannot be carried out
