★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En resumen peor que pésimo si quieres que te resuelvan ve mejor a la sucursal de Pulgas, en la del Campestre me dijeron que no me podían sacar edos de cuenta, me regresé a mi casa y resultó que sí necesitaba hacerlo en la suc, la señorita que te canalizaba Adriana, súper grosera, regresé el sig día hice fila desde antes de que abriera y pasaban a todos menos a mi hermanita, le pregunté porqué y dijo que tenía que ser con la sub gerente que tampoco resolvió el problema, pero que llegó una persona con cita, le comenté que si podía hacer cita porque me urgía ir al baño y me dijo que no, que yo no podía hacer cita, me cansé y fui a la sucursal de pulgas donde me resolvieron todo en media hora y todos súper atentos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los cajeros automáticos presentan fallas en todo momento, por lo cual debes retirar dinero en ventanilla. Me parece bien que tenga un sistema automatizado de asignación de turnos para ventanilla o ejecutivo. Buen plus que tenga una sala de espera y aire acondicionado. Los pin pad en 2 de 3 ventanillas no funcionaron. La atención por parte del personal es amable, a pesar de la actitud nefasta de algunos usuarios.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio, dejan esperando mucho tiempo para entrar. Una vez dentro los ejecutivos parecen ignorar a los clientes y no dan buena atención, recomendable acudir a otra sucursal u otro banco.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El ejecutivo de cuenta muy bien, rapido y muy amable pero la atención en cajas es muy lenta solo tienen 2 cajeros y te atienden de mala gana, no me valían el turno qué me dio el ejecutivo de cuenta

Te mandan a la super línea, donde tampoco te resuelven nada. Por eso estoy cancelando mi cuenta con ellos. Muy mal banco.
