Atención pésima no me quisieron aperturar una cuenta por que no era del municipio que lo tenía que hacer lo más cercano al domicilio formado desde las 12 para salir las 4 y con esa respuesta y eso no hace un supuesto ejecutivo pero bueno CERO RECOMENDABLE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se fue el sistema y cuando por fin volvió me dijeron que no me podían hacer la apertura de cuenta porque la apertura de cuentas solo es hasta la 1 de la tarde, pésimo!
The system went away and when it finally came back they told me that they couldn't open an account for me because the opening of accounts is only until 1 in the afternoon, terrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La veces que he ido a esa sucursal el servicio siempre ha sido pésimo, tanto el personal en ventanilla como los ejecutivos, da la impresión que no conocen sus actividades o responsabilidades y por otro lado el personal suele ser prepotente.
The times I have gone to that branch, the service has always been terrible, both the staff at the window and the executives, it gives the impression that they do not know their activities or responsibilities and on the other hand the staff is usually pushy.

En Cuautitlán, Tultitlán, Cuautitlán Izcalli, no aperturan cuántas de nómina después dela una de la tarde (argumentando que el sistema se ve y por eso no lo intentan). Si preguntas te argumentan que no hay plásticos. Y la gerente (en específico de Tultitlán) no hace el menor intento. Un asco de servicio!!!
Worst service of all banking institutions. In Cuautitlán, Tultitlán, Cuautitlán Izcalli, they do not open how many payroll after one in the afternoon (arguing that the system is visible and that is why they do not try). If you ask, they argue that there are no plastics. And the manager (specifically from Tultitlán) does not make the slightest attempt. Disgusting service!!!
