El servicio, muestran un desprecio por las personas que es insultante , en verdad pesimoooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!! Estuve dos horas esperando en una fila de sólo 5 personas, y una vez que llego al escritorio la ejecutiva todavía se pone a hacer sus cosas de trabajo, fácil estuve otros 10 minutos ahí esperando en el escritorio; quería tramitar una tarjeta de crédito y al final sólo me dijeron que no sería posible porque hasta una carta de buró de crédito tenía que traer impresa! Me intriga saber que un banco de esta categoría no tenga un servicio tan básico como el de verificar el buró de crédito de un usuario mediante su sistema! TERRIBLE SERVICE! I was waiting for two hours in a line of only 5 people, and once I got to the desk, the executive still started to do her work, I was easily there another 10 minutes waiting at the desk; I wanted to process a credit card and in the end they only told me that it would not be possible because even a letter from the credit bureau had to be printed! I am intrigued to know that a bank of this category does not have such a basic service as verifying a user's credit bureau through its system!

Me dejó frío la atención. Ejecutivos desocupados sin atender gente. Otra en el teléfono todo el día sin recibir gente. Mal mal mal. Incredible, I did not believe the reviews but terrible service, they do not respect the lines, they take years to attend, 3 hours to open an account. The attention left me cold. Executives unemployed without attending to people. Another on the phone all day without receiving people. Bad bad bad.

V	Vane Fdz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LA PEOR SUCURSAL EN QRO!!! Su estacionamiento es súper pequeño y es de cobro. Solo cuentan con 5 sillas en la sección de espera de turnos!!!! Que horror Súper mal e inaceptable. Los turnos para ver a un ejecutivo son obsoletos de papel en lugar de una máquina de turnos con una pantalla para los clientes. Estando en una zona urbana y con mucha clientela y teniéndola súper vieja Es muy lento y no tienen muchos ejecutivos atendiendo aparte se tardan horas para solo llamar a 1 persona. Los cajeros nunca tienen dinero o nunca sirven. Y El estacionamiento es un huevo nunca hay lugar THE WORST BRANCH IN QRO !!! Its parking lot is super small and is charged. They only have 5 chairs in the waiting section for shifts !!!! What a horror! Super bad and unacceptable. Shifts to see an executive are outdated on paper rather than a shift machine with a screen for clients. Being in an urban area with a lot of customers and having it super old It is very slow and they do not have many executives attending separately, it takes hours to only call 1 person. ATMs never have money or never serve. And parking is an egg there is never room
