Igual cuando quieres marcar al servicio al cliente nunca entran Las llamadas y cuando te contestan te hacen esperar media horas , aveces hasta una hora. Es impossible entender que una compania que tiene casi 300,000 mil empleados y genere 45.5 billones de euros al año no tengo la capacidad de atender a sus clientes como debe de ser. O estan aqui para ayudarnos o para sus intereses. Carajo. I feel that Santander in Peñasco has to be the worst. The ATMs never have money, they are always closed for whatever reason. Like when you want to dial customer service they never come in. Calls and when they answer you they make you wait half an hour, sometimes up to an hour. It is impossible to understand that a company that has almost 300,000 thousand employees and generates 45.5 billion euros a year does not have the capacity to serve its customers as it should be. Tiene varios días cerrados y según hoy abrían, hay largas filas y no hay quien de información alguna y sigue cerrado.
