★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El timpo de espera es muy largo, filas inmensas y los ejecutivos poco sentido de urgencia y aficional a esto el encargado de servicio a clientes se molesta al pedir informacion de algun tramite. En fin. Se necsita el servicio del mismo pero ojala se pudiera trabajar al respecto

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio eh recibido de parte de este banco, me tuvieron cerca de 2 horas esperando afuera en los escalones para que me dijieran que no me iban a atender porque el ejecutivo no iba a poder, siendo que aun faltaba 1 hora y media para cerrar. El motivo de mi visita a esta sucursal fue porque necesitaba hacer una correccion a los datos de mi cuenta, ya que SANTANDER se equivoco con una letra de mi apellido. Resulta que para poder corregir eso necesita ir 3 ocasiones diferentes a la hora que mas le convenia a ellos y de testigos dos familiares directos. Una VERGUENZA de banco.
I have received terrible service from this bank, they had me waiting for about 2 hours outside on the steps to be told that they were not going to attend me because the executive was not going to be able, being that there was still 1 hour and a half to close. The reason for my visit to this branch was because I needed to make a correction to my account information, since SANTANDER made a mistake with a letter of my last name. It turns out that in order to correct that, they need to go 3 different times at the time that best suits them and two direct relatives as witnesses. A SHAME of the bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bastante lento, atoran la puerta con el bastón de la guardia, los sillones son incómodos, no cuentan con estacionamiento y en general mal servicio.
Quite slow, they jam the door with the guard's cane, the chairs are uncomfortable, there is no parking and generally poor service.
