★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pésimo servicio del Multicajero, siendo que esta en una sucursal Santander, del valle. y aún así no le dan buen servicio. que mal. ya con esta son dos veces las que me falla cuando le ago el deposito a la tarjeta y no regresa comprobante de ni nada, y ahora otra situación tener que hacer trámite para la devolución del efectivo. Muy mal.
Lousy service from the Multicajero, being that it is in a Santander branch, in the valley. And they still don't give you good service. that bad. With this one, it fails me twice when I make the deposit to the card and it does not return proof of anything, and now another situation, having to go through the paperwork to return the cash. Very badly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El 19 de noviembre 2021 utilicé el multicajero para hacer un depósito a mi cuenta y el cajero se "comió" casi la mitad del dinero. Como fui fuera de las horas de servicio de la sucursal, no había nadie que me ayudara con eso. Por eso, tuve que hacer reclamo (que hasta eso, me rebotaron de un departamento a otro) y casi dos meses después se dignan a darme respuesta de que mi reclamo no procede. Previo a esto tenía una excelente impresión del servicio del multicajero, pero después de esta resolución, me quedo un pésimo sabor de boca.
On November 19, 2021 I used the multi-teller to make a deposit to my account and the teller "ate" almost half of the money. Since I went outside of the branch's service hours, there was no one to help me with that. For this reason, I had to make a claim (that until that, they bounced me from one department to another) and almost two months later they deign to give me an answer that my claim is not applicable. Prior to this I had an excellent impression of the multi-teller service, but after this resolution, I was left with a bad taste in my mouth.
