Al llegar a la segunda sucursal tambien el servicio fue cálido y ameno, apegado a protocolo de salud por pandemia. Gracias y a seguir trabajando en el esmero al servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo. Visité el lugar por la mañana el lunes. Pregunté si podía pasar porque no hay nadie en recepción para tomar temperatura o aplicar gel antibacterial. La cajera está a la entrada platicando con el contador del fin de semana. Le pedí que me apoyara con algunas cosas que iba a comprar, me dijo que me esperara a que se desocupara una chica, a la que seguimos por toda la tienda, esperando que terminara su llamada vía celular. Cuando al fin nos atendió, estaba molesta y a todo lo que le pedimos dijo que no había. De todas maneras decidí llevar una "bomba de agua" y cuando regresamos a caja, la cajera dijo que no tenía sistema. Qué decepción. No culpo a los trabajadores tristes y molestos, es más probable que la empresa no les pague bien o no tienen un programa de motivación para sus empleados. O la empresa está confiada en su fama que cree que nunca serán reemplazados. Triste, triste.
Appalling. Visited the place in the morning on Monday. I asked if I could come in because there is no one at the reception to take a temperature or apply antibacterial gel. The cashier is at the entrance talking to the accountant for the weekend. I asked him to support me with some things that I was going to buy, he told me to wait for a girl to vacate, whom we followed throughout the store, waiting for her cell phone call to end. When she finally attended to us, she was upset and to everything we asked her she said there was none. Anyway, I decided to bring a "water pump" and when we returned to the cashier, the cashier said she had no system. What a disappointment. I don't blame the sad and upset workers, the company is more likely not to pay them well or they don't have a motivational program for their employees. Or the company is confident in their fame that they believe they will never be replaced. Sad sad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo, compre un tinaco de agua 1,100 LTS, me lo enviaron a los 3 días y eso qie fui a ver qué pasó con el envío en dos ocaciones, al llegar le envían uno que parece que lo bajaron de una casa en uso, lo único en paquete y limpio fueron los accesorios! Que mal servicio así como nunca contestan en los números que proporcionan! Definitivamente mal experiencia de compra. Y eso que en la radio escuchaba que era uno de los mejores servicios
Terrible, I bought a 1,100 LTS water tank, they sent it to me after 3 days and I went to see what happened with the shipment on two occasions, when they arrived they sent one that seems to have been lowered from a house in use, the only thing in package and clean were the accessories! That bad service as they never answer in the numbers they provide! Definitely bad shopping experience. And that I heard on the radio that it was one of the best services
