★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No es una adecuada institución, no se ponen de acuerdo en tanto a dar información, tardan meses en responder lo que se requiere.
Tratan de cobrar sobre un curso que se da a niños de primaria (presentándolo como algo muy profesional), amenazan para que se les de algo por lo que no utilizas. En febrero pedí informes de cancelación y contestan muy obstinados, hasta apenas este mes me contacto una persona, que parece más estable al momento de volver a solicitar la información.
It is not an adequate institution, they do not agree to give information, they take months to answer what is required.
They try to charge for a course that is given to elementary school children (presenting it as something very professional), they threaten to give them something that you do not use. In February I asked for cancellation reports and they answered very stubborn, until just this month I was contacted by a person, who seems more stable at the time of requesting the information again.
