A mi mamá la maltrataron mucho haciéndole un procedimiento agresivo cuando ella ya llevaba su encía inflamada, salió casi llorando del dolor y le cobraron $500 y la hicieron agendar cita aunque ella no quería, jamás volvió. Y mi abuelita asistió y por una placa (de max 200) y la consulta le cobraron $800, además no quisieron darle esa placa, se la quedaron.
Pésimo servicio, groseros y caros.

My mother was mistreated a lot doing an aggressive procedure when she already had her inflamed gum, left almost crying of pain and charged $ 500 and made her schedule appointment even if she did not want to, never came back. And my grandmother attended and for a plate (of max 200) and the consultation charged $ 800, besides they did not want to give her that badge, they kept it.
Terrible service, rude and expensive.

Aún con cita previa avisando de la emergencia por una fractura enorme en un molar, resultó que estando ahí el especialista no podía atenderme, no hicieron la cita con él!!! Me atendió una "Doctora" como Dr 12 años, qué quería hacer radiografía panorámica, limpieza y quién sabe qué más, antes de atender la fractura.
Es como llegar a un hospital con el pié fracturado y te digan que es necesario un pedicure y una exfoliación para poder atender la fractura. Indignante, lástima de la recomendación. Salí además a buscar otro dentista que me atendiera el mismo día ??
