Santiago Express Inc. (Santiago) actualmente opera bajo un Acuerdo de Consentimiento con la Administracion Federal de Seguridad de Autotransporte. De acuerdo con los terminos del acuerdo, Santiago brindará un seraccesible con al menos 48 horas de anticipacion. En caso de que no se proporcione un aviso con 48 horas de anticipación, Santiagao deberá brindar el servicio accesible lo antes posible, pero más tardar 2 horas después de que se haga dicha demanda si los asientos estaban disponibles para otros pasajeros, que no requieran servicio accesible, al momento de la solicitud.
Santiago Express Inc. (Santiago) is currently operating under a Consent Agreement with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. In accord with the terms of the agreement, Santiago shall provide accessible service with at least 48-hour notice. In the event 48-hour notice is not provided, Santiago shall provide accessible service as soon as possible, but no later than 2 hours after such demand is made if seats were available to other passangers , not requiring accessible service , at the time of request.

Santiago Expresse se ha consolidado como una gran empresa, pero en lo último en quien piensa es en la satisfacción de sus clientes. Se cobran 300.00 por maleta extra, cobran por menores de un año en brazos, de 8 años en adelante se consideran adultos y aún hay más, boletos intransferibles, 50% por cancelación y 30% por movimiento de fechas. Ni Omnibus de México tiene estas políticas ni compañías de aviones.
The service has become more petty, and the deal ceased to be direct. Santiago Expresse has established itself as a great company, but the last thing it thinks about is the satisfaction of its customers.
