★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El concepto del lugar está interesante, podríamos decir que parte del menú son “hamburguesas de carnitas”.
Lo que si me parece obsoleto es que sirvan la hamburguesa sin papas creo que el costo lo podría cubrir.
El postre muy bueno.
 The concept of the place is interesting, we could say that part of the menu is “carnitas hamburgers”.
What seems obsolete to me is that they serve the hamburger without fries, I think the cost could cover it.
Very good dessert.

Es un martirio estar solicitando las facturas de tu consumo. No recomiendo que personas a cargo poco serías se beneficien con tu sincera presencia en su restaurante. POR CIERTO, las hambirguesas son muy pequeñas, diminutas para el costo.
THEY DO NOT GIVE INVOICE although they say yes. VERY BAD!!
It is a martyrdom to be requesting the invoices of your consumption. I do not recommend that unserious managers benefit from your sincere presence in their restaurant. BTW, the patties are very small, tiny for the cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probamos las 2 Rosie's burgers: cheeseburger y cheeseburger con mermelada de tocino, ambas son estilo smash, muy ricas pero les faltó estar mas jugosas. $80 y $85 pesos cada una.
Del Santo Chancho probamos el sandwich de pulled pork, pan suavecito y buena porción por el precio, solo que igual nos pareció un poco seca.
Muy buena atención y buenos precios. Sin duda volvería.
We tried the 2 Rosie's burgers: cheeseburger and cheeseburger with bacon jam, both are smash style, very rich but they lacked being juicier. $ 80 and $ 85 pesos each.
From Santo Chancho we tried the pulled pork sandwich, soft bread and a good portion for the price, only that it still seemed a bit dry.
Very good service and good prices. I would definitely go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Brisket was too fatty, not much meat to enjoy. The pulled pork was really good. The wontons were great too. They have flavored Kombucha and pumpkin desserts for the season. The pumpkin ice cream and the peanut butter cake were extremely sweet, but the pumpkin bread was delicious. Beware of all desserts, they are made to share, especially the deep fried oreos, there are 6 per serving.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outstanding. An awesome cool space..and the bbq is just delicious. You can get a plate of pulled pork for 110 pesos(roughly 6 USD).
They serve beer and a few cocktails-all reasonably priced. Highly recommended.
Just a note-plan your visit they are open Thurday-Sunday only.
