★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La calidad de los alimentos es excelente, doy cuarto estrellas por qué el chico que está atendiendo o no sabe bien el proceso del rostizado o no le interesa dar una respuesta correcta, a la pregunta de: ¿cuánto falta para que esté listo el pollo? primero dijo 30 minutos, transcurrieron 45 y a la gente que va llegando le responde que faltan unos 15 minutos. Me parece que le falta un poco mas de capacitación para que de una buena atención.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a comprar mi pollo y desde que llegue la chica que atiende te dice que si llevas el cambio exacto porque no tiene cambio, para mi mala suerte me dio un pollo frío, frío, frío y ademas cortado como dios le Dios le dio a entender , desafortunadamente me di cuenta hasta que llegue a la casa porque metí en una bolsa y no sentí la temperatura. Llame para quejarme y primero una empleada se hizo pasar por gerente, cómo no le creí me pasó a alguien más y al final para solo obtuve un “lo lamento”. Siempre había comprado ahí, pero están reprobados.
