★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious Japanese fare with a Latin twist. We were sat at the bar, which afforded us the chance to watch the sushi chefs in action! The set menus are inventive and affordable, and the drink selection is vast: sake to mezcal and everything in between.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this place last weekend April 2022. 2 things from the menu were not available, the waitress remove my service prior ending my meal, so the last roll I ate it with a napkin and my hands. The soy sauce was salty which fakes the flavor of the food. So eating the food by itself was not an extraordinary flavor. I didn't find anything exceptional, I don't feel I will go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried this with my wife on our short trip in CDMX. First they made us sit on the bar and the waitress kept coming from behind us, in between us, was a bit awkward! The food tasted good, yet it is way overpriced. The servings are also super small if you are hungry it is not the place to go! I just ordered sashimi, one roll and one piece unagi and ended up paying $70!!!!! I thought it was way to expensive for what we got! I am checking my credit card now and they are double charging me there ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A hip sushi bar and restaurant offering different sushi plates. You can get a set of nigiris or one of the hand rolls. The plates are small so please order different plates to try all the items in the menu.
My top recommendation is the shishito peppers.
The ambiance of the place is great, good for a date or to get some drinks with friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious and fresh hand rolls. We ordered the O’toro, Ebi tempura and Hamachi. The O’toro and Ebi were both delicious and unique on their own. The Hamachi was also delicious but did not need the truffle sauce that accompanied it. The truly odd part about this restaurant was the service. Everyone seemed bored and not truly into the making of their sushi. Our waiter was odd and seemed to not be thrilled with our order? And he rushed us to order a drink before we had a chance to look at the menu. And then it got weirder. The restaurant (we sat at the bar) started getting full but across from us sat a couple that only ordered water and kept taking significant time in the bathroom. They seemed to know the owner or manager who also kept running his fingers on the entire length of the bar. Then our waiter tried rushing us to the bill and rushing us to pay. Overall an odd experience but the food was good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic place to start your night with a hand roll or two and a some cocktails. The prices are on par with decent places to dine/drink in major US-cities but does not reflect average prices per CDMX. That said, the waiter seated us after only waiting a couple of minutes. The music was amazing (as a Chicagoan, house music runs in my veins). The only comment I have is the drug usage that was happening in the only bathroom available. Not judging, but it raised my eyebrows when a couple girls flapped around an eight ball before heading in with a group of guys.
