About Santo Pan - Domingo Arrieta
El sueño de SantoPannace en el 2002 influenciado por las Boulangeries françaises, por el respeto y admiración al oficio de hornear pan, siguiendo los procedimientos artesanales que han sido heredados a lo largo de los siglos por los maestros panaderos, empleando levaduras salvajes combinadas con los mejores ingredientes naturales.
Es hasta el año 2013 que este sueño se vuelve realidad, después de mezclar, amasar y dejar reposar durante varios años esta idea, decidimos darle forma y hornearla lentamente para poder disfrutar de su aroma, de su crujiente textura y gran sabor, así nace SantoPan en la ciudad de Durango.
En nuestro Taller trabajamos de manera manual y artesanal, dándole a cada uno de nuestros productos un toque personal y humano.
