My opinion goes specifically to the emergency room where they gave me a wrong diagnosis for my daughter and they applied medication that she did not need. I get the impression that they only seek to alleviate the pain for the moment by charging you everything they can in the process. Although there are few hospitals with 24-hour pediatric emergencies, I strongly ask parents not to take their children here, they will only spend in vain and most importantly; the health of your children will be in the hands of people of questionable ethics.

I had my baby by cesarean section, the whole procedure from start to finish was great, I highly recommend this hospital from the staff, nursing, nutrition, social service, all the care we received was excellent, it exceeded all my expectations. Thanks to the lic in nutrition and their great explanations I have an incredible SCI with my baby, thank you very much!

Honestly, the attention gives much to be desired when a person enters the emergency room, it is because it really is an emergency. They pass the patient but take time to give a review and if it is necessary to calm down, control the urgency of the patient, it seems that they are more concerned with knowing when they are going to charge you a deposit.

Excellent hospital decision to have a baby. The facilities are excellent, the nursing staff very good and very attentive, super safe and very accessible. Aimed at 100 for breastfeeding, they have nutritionists who will advise you and the nurses also support you. Totally recommended.

Excellent attention from all the staff, from surveillance, cleaning and of course medical attention. The work in the Culture of the hospital with all its staff is noted, for the best care of patients and users. Unfortunately, we had an emergency with our RN baby at dawn and when we went to Star Médica there was no pediatrician available, in addition to very bad attention from the Emergency receptionist (although it had been only 4 days since he was born in the same hospital. We received very bad attention and we immediately left Star Médica). So we came right away to the Santo Tomás hospital at dawn. We receive impeccable care from more than 6 health care people (nurses/nurses and doctors/doctors) in the ER and NICU. They treated our baby with great affection and all the care. In addition, all the service and accompaniment of Breastfeeding and Nutrition were wonderful!!!!

Unfortunately the area has little or no emergency services, but there is no reason to abuse. I arrived early at 8am approx (on a Monday, I return in September bridge) looking for an emergency gynecologist service to be exact, (previously call, but the gines arrived at 10am and by appointment; but they told me if they could attend me in the emergency room) ; I arrived, and to begin with they go out with the clown that they only have an "urgenciologist" I suppose he is a general practitioner, I want to think about it: who only observed me (like that, I only look) why I did not even check, only for me to say that I could not attend the emergency, that you had to call the specialist (before ask if they could attend me) it took a long time for the specialist to arrive, only for her to arrive and do the same literal thing, she observed, and came out with the diagnosis that directly to surgery, they asked for 20 thousand of Initial deposit and then who brings such an amount in the bag ? apart from the fact that they did not give me a total cost, among other details I had to leave the medical service dial. They did absolutely NOTHING, at least one paracetamol for pain, they just watched and that's it, and with that I left paying 3,000 pesos. And from there the specialist sent me to the Medica star and there another problem too (another big mistake of mine going to the Medica star). CONCLUSION: Always before any diagnosis, seek another opinion, one goes to these services thinking of receiving quality care and they are worse than in the IMSS; At the IMSS at least you don't have to spend so much money in a little while. One with pain and these abusers. But the fault is mine for standing in that place, I had already gone to the pediatrician there twice before. and the pediatrician was very rude but hey not all will be the same there but with these 2 insiders I will not return. And I hope my testimony will help you to alert more patients and even the hospital strives to provide the service that should be given. Notably, the only friendly and compassionate thing was the front desk.

Super slow! I went for an X-ray ... there was no other person and they kept me waiting a lot !!! And my elderly patient seriously waiting ... Tedious! The lady at the reception, yes, very friendly!
