Beautiful. Pristine. Too remote for us.

Beautiful place with no crowds!

I own a couple houses here and love the place.The big plans werev derailed by the housing bubble but if you like a quiet beach getaway this is your huckeberry.Management is pretty burntout but they are honest and do their best,The security guards do a good job too.Emp[y beaches to atv on,kayak and swim with dolphins,great shore fishing half the year and we now have a great charter company {SantoTomas Fishing} based in the community.

Love it here always! Serene and quiet. No light pollution so Milky Way is prevalent. Quick day trip to Rocky Point for shopping or restaurants. Wish your site has FB, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat links to boast about this community!! Guards are great!

I'm writting that review from the perspective of the visitor, not the home owner. There is nothing there! Few houses on the beach, that's it. I have no idea how far you need to drive to get some foot or go out for dinner. So if you need a solitude on the middle of nowhere, that is probably good spot.

This place was beautiful and amazing! So quiet and peaceful. We were the only ones on the beach while we were there. Loved seeing all of the seashells along the beach! We also had a great time kayaking on the Sea of Cortez!

If you read all the reviews it’s obvious this place does not deserve a one star review ever— especially from a visitors point of view!!! Sure this gorgeous place is not set in a city, but that’s exactly why most of us keep going back!! It offers an experience very very few places can offer. Stunning vistas, miles of uncrowded beach, fishing, kayaking, atv adventure, horse-riding, paddle boarding, pelican and dolphin watching, shell-collecting, magnificent sunrises and sunsets. It’s true, night clubs and strip malls are not all that close. But if your idea of night life is broad enough to include a bonfire on the beach, star gazing and listening to waves and you enjoy the company of the people you come with, you will cherish this place and feel so incredibly fortunate to have found it!

I almost don’t want to share because I want to keep this place a secret. Fantastic beach and solitude. Perfect place to unwind.
