LAMENTABLEMENTE SOY UN CLIENTE QUE ESTA INSATISFECHA POR SU SERVICIO...YA QUE TENGO 15 DÍAS SOLICITANDO 3 GARRAFONES DE AGUA Y NO HE OBTENIDO RESPUESTA.
QUIERO ACLARAR QUE EL DÍA DE HOY LLEGUE DE TRABAJAR A LA 1:30 P. M. VOLVÍ A MARCAR Y COMENTARON QUE LOS TRAERÍAN DE INMEDIATO...EN UN LAPSO NO MAYOR A HORA Y MEDIA...SON LAS 4:21 Y AÚN NO ME HAN PODIDO TRAER NADA.
NO PUEDO ESTAR ESPERANDO TODO EL DÍA COMO LO HICE EL DÍA SÁBADO 13 (Y NUNCA LLEGARON), YA QUE TENGO QUE LABORAR. ES UNA PENA QUE NO CUIDEN SU TRABAJO Y NO ATIENDAN SUS RUTAS, LUEGO SE QUEJAN DE SUS COMISIONES LOS REPARTIDORES...EN FIN TENDRÉ QUE CAMBIAR DE COMPAÑÍA...

I AM UNDERSTANDLY A CUSTOMER WHO IS UNSATISFIED FOR HIS SERVICE ... AS I HAVE 15 DAYS REQUESTING 3 WATER GARRAFONS AND I HAVE NOT GOT AN ANSWER.
I WANT TO CLARIFY THAT TODAY I ARRIVED FROM WORKING AT 1:30 PM I CHECKED AGAIN AND COMMENTED THAT THEY WOULD BRING THEM IMMEDIATELY ... IN A LAPSE NO MORE THAN HOUR AND A HALF ... IT IS 4:21 AND I DON'T STILL YOU HAVE BEEN ABLE TO BRING ANYTHING.
I CAN'T BE WAITING ALL THE DAY AS I DID ON SATURDAY 13 (AND NEVER ARRIVED), BECAUSE I HAVE TO WORK. IT IS A PENALTY THAT THEY DO NOT TAKE CARE OF THEIR WORK AND DO NOT ATTEND THEIR ROUTES, THEN THE DISTRIBUTORS COMPLAIN OF THE COMMISSIONS ... I WILL FINALLY HAVE TO CHANGE THE COMPANY ...
