Excellent place, personal attitude perfect, pretty tasty food.

Is in the center of San Luis Potosí town, it got a beautiful place to stay, great food, only the room is a Little hot, the service is great

Great hotel in an excellent location, 10 min walk from the Cathedral. Friendly staff, easy check-in and super clean. Tasty "potosina" breakfast.

Beautiful rooms, very friendly and service minded staff and great location! We spent Saturday to Monday here and the bar across the street makes some noise on weekends (til ~1am) and since the single glass windows don't really filter out noise that could be something to have in mind if you are sensitive. Also the breakfast was good!

The location is perfect! The staff are so friendly and helpful, we needed to organize our bus ride from there to San Miguel de Allende and they were extremely helpful. We don't speak Spanish fluently, and we were having trouble booking online, they called the bus station for us and helped us organize everything. King size bed was also nice and comfy! Clean! We had a basic room, it was a little small and the shower pressure wasn't the best, but not a big deal. I'd recommend and would stay at this hotel again.

I stayed at this property early October. The staff was very helpful and breakfast was tasty though limited for a vegan pallette. We were treated very well by the front desk. They even let us dry our clothes because the laundry mat neary did not allow us to. They brought water up when asked and let us be. My issues began when I needed to check out of the property due to the poor internet. I work as a digital nomad and had to leave the hotel in search for better internet during a business meeting. Wildly annoying, frustrating. I also had to leave early for work related matters. I found a better place with high quality internet to finish out the month. My reservation was for a month yet I needed to leave only two weeks in. I informed the front desk and was told to fill out a form and the manager would call me back. To my surprise, no one contacted me even after getting Booking.com involved. I reached out several times with no response. I then called my bank to reverse the remaining charge for the 2 weeks I was not at the property. All of a sudden I hear back from them through the Booking.com app and all they offered was a credit for me to come and stay again. I ignored them like they ignored me until their pockets were affected. The hotel lied about me filling out the form and did not provide it to Booking.com. They also were able to get my money against my will by showing my bank the original reservation. For these reasons, I will never stay at this property again and would recommend no one else does either. Poor, lying management with terrible internet. You can keep my money but you can't hide the truth. Shame on you. Thieves.
