Pero su fuerte es en diciembre que se festeja el dia de la virgen de Guadalupe donde hay quermes x 12 dias y encuentras variedad de antojitos, amenisan con grupos musicales. Y x ña mañana las famosas mañanitas donde las personas asisten a escuchar el canto de las mañanitas en honor a la Virgen y despues hay misa y venden café, canela, té, bolillo, etc. It is very nice, on weekends they sell snacks. But its strong point is in December when the day of the Virgin of Guadalupe is celebrated where there are quermes x 12 days and you find a variety of snacks, entertained with musical groups. M	Mando on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hermoso templo enclavado en la zona centro de Jiquilpan, su construcción neoclásica del Siglo XIX de color rosa es uno de los edificios más antiguos y emblemáticos de Jiquilpan, se puede encontrar en su interior detrás del altar mayor un mural representativo de un mapa de la República Mexicana de 1827 cuando esta tubo su máxima extensión territorial. Fue utilizado como cuartel militar en la revolución mexicana y en la guerra cristera, en el año de 1936 fue establecido como teatro y sede del Cine Revolución, en 1945 fue entregado por Lázaro Cardenas a la Iglesia catolica para su uso. Por la noche puedes disfrutar de su iluminación. El retablo bellamente adornado y un manifestador de los pocos que quedan ya en las iglesias actualmente. Sus ventanales tienen las estrellas de David. Este espacio ha pasado por diversas modificaciones y usos ya que en algún tiempo lo usaron de teatro, también de establo durante la guerra de la Cristeada hasta que pudo ser recuperado el inmueble de nuevo para la iglesia.
