★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un excelente centro ecoturístico, tienen tres opciones para pasar la noche que es camping, glamping y cabaña, el recorrido es espectacular, el personal es muy amable y atento, tienen un lugar de venta de comida la cual tiene buen sabor y es tipo tradicional. Una gran opción para disfrutar del espectáculo de luciérnagas.
 It is an excellent ecotourism center, they have three options to spend the night camping, glamping and hut, the route is spectacular, the staff is very friendly and attentive, they have a place to sell food which has good taste and is traditional . A great option to enjoy the firefly show.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ¡Lo mejor! La atención de los chic@s que trabajan ahí te apoyan y orientan muy cordiales. El recorrido del santuario fue muy ameno gracias al guía Josué Quintanilla quien te da no solo el recorrido con la clásica bienvenida, también hace reír mucho. Lastima que no todos los visitantes respeten el reglamento. Y bueno ¡La vista es hermosa! NOTA: El frío es tremendo (para los que no estamos acostumbrados), así que vayanse bien preparados!!
The best! The attention of the guys who work there support and guide you very cordially. The tour of the sanctuary was very enjoyable thanks to the guide Josué Quintanilla who gives you not only the tour with the classic welcome, but also makes you laugh a lot. Too bad not all visitors respect the regulations. Well, the view is beautiful! NOTE: The cold is tremendous (for those of us who are not used to it), so go well prepared!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy bonito el lugar para acampar y esta dentro del bosque; la comida dentro del establecimiento no es cara y el avistamiento de las luciérnagas es sorprendente. La atencion del personal muy agradable y tienen obras de teatro para los niños y las áreas de juego. Recomendables llevar tu propia comida y un buen impermeable por las lluvias.
Very nice place to camp and is inside the forest; the food inside the establishment is not expensive and the sighting of the fireflies is surprising. The attention of the staff is very nice and they have plays for children and play areas. Recommended to bring your own food and a good raincoat for the rains.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un lugar hermoso para vivir la experiencia si es que nunca haz visto luciérnagas.
El lugar está en medio del bosque y es perfecto para acampar con amigos o pareja, tienen cabañitas para varias personas o glamping para los más fresas, la atención es muy buena, tanto del personal del santuario como de las personas que venden comida, realmente es una maravilla, los paisajes impresionantes, desde el lugar se ven el Popocatépetl y el Iztaccihuatl, las instalaciones muy bonitas y acorde al lugar con todos los servicios excepto internet y enchufes para cargar dispositivos electrónicos, por momentos no hay señal de celular por lo que está perfecto para desconectarse y olvidarse de todo.
El recorrido está divertido y por supuesto que ver a las luciérnagas es mágico, perfecto si vas en pareja, no necesitas mucha condición física pero sí llevar ropa adecuada para el frío que no es muy intenso.

A beautiful place to experience if you've never seen fireflies.
The place is in the middle of the forest and is perfect for camping with friends or a couple, they have cabins for several people or glamping for the most strawberries, the attention is very good, both from the sanctuary staff and the people who sell food, it really is a wonder, the impressive landscapes, from the place you can see the Popocatepetl and the Iztaccihuatl, the very beautiful facilities and according to the place with all the services except internet and plugs to charge electronic devices, at times there is no cell phone signal so it is perfect to disconnect and forget about everything.
The tour is fun and of course seeing the fireflies is magical, perfect if you go as a couple, you do not need a lot of physical condition but you do need to wear suitable clothing for the cold that is not very intense.

El lugar es ideal para despejarse de la ciudad un ratito. El personal está muy bien capacitado, el lugar muy limpio y cuidado.
Tienen servicios como restaurante y baños modernos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es espectacular, el paisaje es precioso. Las cabañas son increíbles. Tienen área de acampar. Cabañas grandes y pequeñas. También lugar para comer y sanitarios limpios. Para llegar hay que tomar terracería, pero despacio cualquier carro que o sea especialmente bajo puede llegar bien. El espectáculo natural de las luciérnagas vale la mucho la pena, no duden en venir. Hay que considerar que el trayecto para ver las luciérnagas es largo, es un sendero obscuro y lodoso. Nos indicaron que el recorrido esa de una hora máximo hora y media, pero fueron más de dos horas y media. No traigan nada con luz.
The place is spectacular, the landscape is beautiful. The cabins are amazing. They have a camping area. Big and small cabins. Also place to eat and clean toilets. To get there you have to take dirt roads, but slowly any car that is especially low can go well. The natural spectacle of fireflies is worth it, do not hesitate to come. It must be considered that the journey to see the fireflies is long, it is a dark and muddy path. They told us that the tour lasts a maximum hour and a half, but it was more than two and a half hours. Don't bring anything with light.
