R	Ravi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trek from the city to the top this hill is about 1.30 hr (I suggest the trek)... There is a horse ride available, until the base location instead of the trek. Post that it will be a 15 mins easy trek to the top... The view from this spot is amazing.. simply breathtaking.... the cool breeze.. the green mountains and the agricultural fields surrounding us... This is considered as the holy place.. couple of people lives on the top of the mountain.. At the base we can see stones arranged in a concentric circles and using different colors of corn seeds each direction has been indicated and this is a part of ancient culture and customs honoring the gods and keeping the evils away... Loved it..
J	Jeeves Williams on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atop Cerro del Quemado in Real de Catorce, I met Fabiola, a Huichol. The Huichol are an indigenous people living in the mountains in México. Fabiola and other Huichol people take it in turns to hike to the peak of Cerro del Quemado, where they make and sell colorful jewelry. The views from the peak are breathtaking.
