★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio. He ido varias veces y la persona que atiende siempre está apurada y de malas aunque no haya pacientes esperando, no se diga si hay gente en espera. Nada paciente. Lleve a laboratorios a mi hija y aparte de que la picó muchas veces para al final no poder tomar las muestras el trato fue como si hubiera sido culpa de mi hija por estar nerviosa. Siendo que con la actitud que tiene no se gana la confianza de los pacientes. Estaba apurada por irse a desayunar porque era tarde. Salí enojada directo a otro laboratorio donde en menos de 3 minutos y en el primer intento. Tomaron las muestras a pesar de ya estar con todas las venas tronadas.
Very bad service. I have been there several times and the person who attends is always in a hurry and in a bad way even if there are no patients waiting, let alone if there are people waiting. Nothing patient. I took my daughter to laboratories and apart from the fact that she was bitten many times and in the end she could not take the samples, the treatment was as if it had been my daughter's fault for being nervous. Being that with the attitude that it has, the trust of the patients is not gained. She was in a hurry to go to breakfast because it was late. I left angry straight to another laboratory where in less than 3 minutes and in the first attempt. They took the samples despite already being with all the thundering veins.
