★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es triste ver qué una organización como esta no tenga un sistema eficiente en la domiciliación de pagos, van dos ocasiones que domiciliamos las cuentas no hacen el cobro de la tarjeta y nos suspenden un servicio vital. Considero que si no cuentan con una infraestructura o plataforma tan actualizada cómo es la domiciliación de pago mejor no lo ofrezcan a los usuarios. Su nivel administrativo es muy bajo y obsoleto.
It is sad to see that an organization like this does not have an efficient system for direct debit payments, there are two occasions that we directly debit the accounts do not charge the card and suspend us a vital service. I believe that if they do not have an infrastructure or platform as up to date as the direct debit payment, they do not offer it to the users. Its administrative level is very low and obsolete.
