La prestación del Servicio Público de Agua Potable, alcantarillado tratamiento y disposición de aguas residuales, se realiza a través del organismo público descentralizado para la prestación de los servicios de agua potable, alcantarillado y saneamiento de Nicolás Romero, el cual tiene la responsabilidad de organizar y tomar a su cargo la administración, funcionamiento, conservación y operación de este servicio, de acuerdo con la Ley del Agua para el Estado de México y Municipios, la Ley Orgánica Municipal del Estado de México, los reglamentos respectivos, el presente bando y demás disposiciones legales aplicables.

La verdad es que les pagan para hacer vida social en el escritorio y para desayunar porque para eso si tienen tiempo, pero no para atender al ciudadano que va con sus dudas o simplemente a pagar su recibo.
Terrible service. They never have time to attend you, and one here believing that they are paid for that, but no. The truth is that they are paid to have a social life at the desk and to have breakfast because for that they have time, but not to attend to the citizen who goes with their doubts or simply to pay their bill.
