★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 바로 옆, 깜뻬쓰뜨레 골프장이 있어서... 골프장을 바로보는 전망이 무척 좋다. 싼뻬드로 도심에 있어서 답답할 수도 있겠다 싶지만 그렇지 않다는 것. 물론 주변 시설이 다 좋은 것은 아니니... 혹시 입주 계획이 있다면 잘 알아보시라!
렌트비용은 무척 비싸나.... 비용을 상쇄하고도 남을 조망은.... 여유 있는 자들에겐..
