★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te cobran más de la cuenta, te cobran 16% de IVA sin que aparezca en el precio de la carta, te meten a le fuerza el 15% de servicio, se quedan con tus datos bancarios y copia de tu IFE aunque les digas que no, se ponen varios ahí para amedrentar. Mal lugar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me clonaron las tarjetas! Una cuenta de 600 pesos y me cobraron 36000 pesos! Porfavor que alguien haga algo. No dan vouchers ni recibos ni nada. Tengan mucho cuidado y paguen solo con efectivo.
They cloned my cards! An account of 600 pesos and they charged me 36,000 pesos! Please someone do something. They don't give vouchers or receipts or anything. Be very careful and pay only with cash.

Me engañaron que no había pasado mi tarjeta, al darles otra me hicieron un cargo por casi $30,000.00 pesos y en la que supuestamente no había pasado me hicieron un cargo por otros $10,000.00. Los cargos aparecen como "BP Guadalajara J" y "Sarao", respectivamente. No entiendo como sigue funcionando este lugar, es puro fraude.
Beware of this place, they are first class scammers. They tricked me that I had not passed my card, when I gave them another they made me a charge for almost $ 30,000.00 pesos and in which supposedly it had not happened they charged me for another $ 10,000.00.
