★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para ser una marca tan cara y que da servicio a personal de la 3ra edad y/o con necesidades especiales, el servicio que prestan deja mucho qué desear.
Revisen bien las.politicas de cambios y devoluciones antes de realizar una compra, porque son muy poco flexibles y el personal es de mente estrecha.
Lo malo de.hacer.compras en temporada de descuentos es que "se acaba el inventario" y no dan más opciones. La respuesta del Call Center es que el personal es nuevo y tampoco ayudan a resolverlo.
For such an expensive brand that caters to seniors and / or special needs staff, the service they provide leaves much to be desired.
Please review the exchange and return policies well before making a purchase, because they are very inflexible and the staff is narrow-minded.
The bad thing about shopping in discount season is that "inventory runs out" and they don't give you more options. The response of the Call Center is that the staff is new and they do not help solve it either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente trato de da la señorita Yeni, no importa la cantidad de zapatos que saque, ella busca servir al cliente para cubrir las diferentes necesidades y retos a los que se enfrenta, que son muchos, es muy amable y sabe que le conviene al pie para tener salud, ella se lleva 5 estrellas.
Los zapatos que tienen son de piel y muy cómodos, no son baratos pero agradezco tener un lugar donde encontrar las características que necesito por usar plantillas. Solo que me gustaría modelos más bonitos aunque sea ya una persona de la tercera edad.
Hoy recomendé la tienda a unas personas y lo seguiré haciendo.
Excellent treatment given by Miss Yeni, no matter how many shoes she takes out, she seeks to serve the client to cover the different needs and challenges they face, which are many, she is very kind and knows what is best for the foot to be healthy, she gets 5 stars.
The shoes they have are leather and very comfortable, they are not cheap but I appreciate having a place to find the features I need for using insoles. Only that I would like prettier models even if I am already an elderly person.
Today I recommended the store to some people and will continue to do so.
