La atención de Santa es de primera, siempre al pendiente de los detalles y haciendo recomendaciones o sugerencias de lo que podíamos realizar para hacer mejor la experiencia. Nos mejoraron el tipo de asientos de vuelo, respecto de los que habíamos adquirido, nos realizaron las reservaciones en el hotel Xcaret Mexico justo como las queríamos. Fue una experiencia excelente el tenerlos como nuestra agencia, incluso durante el viaje ella estuvo en contacto, mandando pases de abordar y toso lo necesario. Muchas gracias a Santa y su equipo, hicieron nuestro viaje inolvidable.
Our experience with SA SA Travel was for our honeymoon trip. Which was amazing. Santa's attention is first class, always on the lookout for details and making recommendations or suggestions of what we could do to make the experience better. They improved the type of flight seats, compared to the ones we had purchased, they made reservations for us at the Xcaret Mexico hotel just as we wanted them. It was an excellent experience having them as our agency, even during the trip she was in contact, sending boarding passes and everything necessary.
