R	Ramón Samuel Vélez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo, no cumplen con las fechas establecidas, te comentan ya esta el trabajo acudes y no lo tienen listo, pierdes tiempo, toman medidas pero al momento de medirte tu prenda ya no te queda y se hacen los graciosos diciendo que si comiste mucho la última semana. Terrible, they do not meet the established dates, they tell you the work is already done, you go and they do not have it ready, you lose time, they take measurements but when you measure your garment it no longer fits you and they act funny saying that you ate a lot the last week.

Dejé un saco para arreglo y me hicieron dar vueltas durante 2 semanas perdiendo dinero y tiempo, diciéndome que lo tendrían listo tal día y ese día iba y no lo tenían listo, ni siquiera fueron buenos para avisar y se excusan diciendo que tienen mucho trabajo, no hay compromiso alguno, aún así sea un saco el que van a arreglar lo tienen que tomar enserio como sus demás "cosas que tienen por hacer", hasta la tercer semana me lo tuvieron porque estuve insistiendo. Les recomiendo que mejor busquen opciones que si sean responsables y les interese tener buen servicio y atención con todos los clientes y no solo con los que les dejan más dinero. Estos juegan con tu tiempo y dinero, además GROSEROS porque el tipo que me atendió queriendose hacer el graciosito la última vez que fui a recoger mi saco haciendo comentarios burlescos. APPALLING! If they go, I hope they don't have the same fate as me. Waste of time and money, informality and lack of commitment. I left a bag for repair and they made me go around for 2 weeks wasting money and time, telling me that they would have it ready on that day and that day I went and they didn't have it ready, they weren't even good at notifying me and they excuse themselves by saying that they have a lot of work, there is no commitment, even if it is a sack that they are going to fix, they have to take it seriously like their other "things they have to do", until the third week they had it for me because I was insisting. I recommend that you better look for options that are responsible and interested in having good service and attention with all customers and not just with those who leave them more money. These play with your time and money, also RUDE because the guy who attended me wanted to be funny the last time I went to pick up my bag making burlesque comments.
K	Kevin Rodríguez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio pésimo, siempre se excusan con que tienen mucho trabajo, no llevan orden y es un desmadre su local, las personas encargadas siempre se quieren hacer los graciosos con comentarios bien p**** Es la segunda y última vez que llevo algo a este lugar, quise darles otra oportunidad pero si necesitan un trabajo hay más opciones cerca de ahí, no lo recomiendo para nada a menos de que quieran hacer corajes con los incompetentes que trabajan ahí. No me quise dejar llevar por las antiguas reseñas que había de esta sastrería pero no cabe duda que sigue igual. Terrible service, they always excuse that they have a lot of work, they don't keep order and their place is a mess, the people in charge always want to be funny with very p**** comments It's the second and last time I've brought something to this place, I wanted to give them another chance but if they need a job there are more options nearby, I don't recommend it at all unless you want to get angry with the incompetents who work there. I did not want to get carried away by the old reviews of this tailor shop but there is no doubt that it remains the same.
