Me ofrecen maquilar uno con tela corriente en su lugar. The only place where they literally "lose" their clothes. I do not recommend it. Leave a Zegna trousers to fix and just do not appear. They offer me to machine one with ordinary cloth instead.

Por un malentendido mío se las pague antes de que me la entregaran. En este momento ni está la falda, ni tengo el dinero de vuelta. He dado una docena de vueltas y siguen sin entregármela. No recomiendo para nada está sastrería y quizá tenga yo que parar en Profeco. ( Estoy sabiendo de malas experiencias de otras personas con esta sastrería Paulina, ubicada en av. Coyoacán) More than a month ago I brought them a cloth so that they could make me a skirt that due to its simplicity would not take them more than 5 hours to make. Due to a misunderstanding of mine, I paid them before they delivered it to me. At this moment neither the skirt is there, nor do I have the money back. I've done a dozen laps and they still haven't handed it over to me. I do not recommend this tailoring shop at all and I may have to stop at Profeco. (I am knowing of other people's bad experiences with this Paulina tailor shop, located in Av. Coyoacán)

El señor que atiende es muy amable y nuestra experiencia ha sido muy buena. We have been wearing our clothes for a couple of years now and everything has gone very well. We have worn pants, trousers, uniforms etc. And everything has left us excellent. The man who attends is very friendly and our experience has been very good.

Me hicieron dar la vuelta todos los días para decir siempre que “mañana”. La primera vez que pasé me intentaron engañar de que mi mochila estaba lista y no la habían ni tocado!!! Dos semanas después aún no habían cambiado el cierre y cuando pedí mi dinero de vuelta, “no encontraban mi mochila”. Con razón exigen que pagues antes. Pésimo servicio aparte del mal trato del dueño ????? I left a backpack for them to change the closure and in more than two weeks they did nothing. They made me turn around every day to always say “tomorrow”. The first time I passed they tried to trick me that my backpack was ready and they hadn't even touched it!!! Two weeks later they still hadn't changed the lock and when I asked for my money back, “they couldn't find my backpack”. They rightly demand that you pay first. Terrible service apart from the bad treatment of the owner ?????
