★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La sastrería es horrible, nada recomendada y en general el lugar, así como el señor que atiende y la señora que se encarga de ajustes de sastrería y deshace ropa. De cosas nuevas y con etiquetas (que me quedaban grandes) al recogerlas ya no me quedaban en absoluto así que ahora son inutilizables. Al querer hacer valer mi garantía (pues realicé el pago desde el principio), di vueltas para recoger mis prendas y no las tenían, las llamadas no me las respondieron, nula atención, mal servicio, realicé muchas llamadas y envié mensajes para preguntar, si querían respondían lo que querían y cuando querían, sumamente desgastante cuando lo mínimo que debería de haber recibido era calidad. Básicamente fue una perdida de ropa nueva, de dinero que les pagué por un trabajo y atención malísimos y no me reembolsaron nada, de gasolina por todas las veces que tuve que ir y de mucho tiempo, nunca había recibido tan mal servicio como aquí.
The tailoring is horrible, nothing recommended and in general the place, as well as the man who attends and the lady who takes care of tailoring adjustments and undoes clothes. Of new things and with labels (which were too big for me) when I picked them up, they no longer remained at all so now they are unusable. Wanting to enforce my guarantee (because I made the payment from the beginning), I went around to pick up my clothes and they did not have them, the calls were not answered, no attention, bad service, I made many calls and sent messages to ask, if they wanted they responded what they wanted and when they wanted, extremely exhausting when the least they should have received was quality. Basically it was a loss of new clothes, money that I paid them for a lousy job and attention and they did not reimburse me for anything, gasoline for all the times I had to go and in a long time, I have never received such bad service as here.
