Es larga pero aprox en 20 a 30 min sales con tu documento; el resto de tramites agenda cita, claro si la app te deja. If you require a record at the door, ask for an appointment, an appointment is not necessary but you do have to queue. It is long but in about 20 to 30 minutes you will be out with your document; the rest of the formalities schedule appointment, of course if the app lets you.

A	Alberto Aguilar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si se hace la cita en línea no se batalla tanto pero aún así los tiempos dentro de las instalaciones a la hora de hacer los trámites son largos y aunque tengas cita te dan un turno para realizar tu trámite. If you make the appointment online, you don't have to struggle as much, but even so, the times inside the facilities when doing the paperwork are long and even if you have an appointment, they give you a shift to carry out your paperwork.
N	Niny Luna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal que tienen revisando las certificaciones de notaría, para la alta de sociedades, es de muy bajo perfil y solicitan requisitos dentro de la certificación, que están contra la ley de notariado, mínimo deberían capacitarlos para que sepan que si se puede hacer y que no, apegados a derecho, es el colmo que siendo una Institución tan importante tengan ese tipo de errores. Si orientaran a las personas que no saben de mejor manera, en vez de mandarlos a la chgada, tendríamos niveles más altos de cumplimientos fiscales. Pero no, eso no les pasa por la cabeza, ya que su ego mediocre no los deja. It's a shame that the people they have working there are despotic and mediocre. A	Alejandro Cuevas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todos muy amables, es un poco tardado el proceso pero se entiende porque hay demasiada gente haciendo el trámite. Una vez que van a tomar los datos biométricos ya todo es muy rápido. Recomendado llegar hasta media hora antes de la cita. Lamentablemente una persona llegó 15 minutos después y ya no le pudieron atender, indicaron que el sistema dio de baja automáticamente la cita. Tendrá que esperar 15 días para volver a agendar (hacer fila virtual)
J	Juan Francisco De La Rosa Soriano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, hice mi cita por internet y se tardaron dos meses literal en darme una, se llega el dichoso dia, me presento con anticipación, pero ya estando adentro en la instalación jamás se llega mi turno, más de dos horas esperando a ser atendido. Se supone que te dan cita para agilizar tu trámite, se supone que no debería haber aglomeraciones, en teoría tienes que esperar dos meses para poder tener derecho, asistir de 3:40 pm hasta casi las 6 pm para poder tener tu E. Firma. Pésimo sistema!!!!! D	D´ CANELOS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, para empezar el sacar la cita es una tortura, te piden que estes 20min antes. Te pasan hasta q te toca (ok), estas en la sala de espera 40min, después te pasan a otro módulo en el cual te tardan más de una hora, esto para el trámite de la firma electrónica, no hay sanitarios. Esta mal el servicio Terrible service, to begin with, making the appointment is torture, they ask you to be there 20 minutes before. They pass you until it's your turn (ok), you're in the waiting room for 40 minutes, then they pass you to another module in which it takes more than an hour, this is for the electronic signature process, there are no restrooms. The service is bad
