★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te atienden bien ya estando ahi, solo si tienes cita, no te quitan mucho tiempo para el trámite de la FIEL, aunque no se para que sirve la FIEL, y no entiendo a qué tienes que ir si al parecer es un trámite que fácil lo harias en linea

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los más amables e informados fueron los guardias, además de eso mal servicio y de mala gana, la supervisora que me atendió cambió la versión de los requisitos, tiene un trato muy altanero y los empleados no están capacitados para las funciones que realizan.. PÉSIMO!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hay trámites que son obligatorios con cita siendo que en la página de internet no está muy bien aclarado, las citas por internet siempre están saturadas, actualmente las llamadas telefónicas para alguna consulta solo son respondidas por una grabadora no hay una persona que te pueda atender y si piensas que puedes agendar cita por teléfono te proporcionan un correo electrónico el cual nunca te responderán.
En conclusión si te urge una cita págale algún contador o alguna persona confiable para que te ayude a sacarla o hay aplicaciones (Taxu) que te pueden ayudar notificándote cuando hay una cita disponible o directamente ellos te la sacan.
Pésimo pésimo servicio no puede ser que para trámites tan importantes y esenciales para muchas personas se cuente con una estructura y organización tan poco eficaz.
There are procedures that are mandatory by appointment, since the website is not very well clarified, internet appointments are always saturated, currently phone calls for any consultation are only answered by a recorder there is no person who can assist you and If you think you can schedule an appointment by phone, they provide you with an email which they will never respond to.
In conclusion, if you need an appointment, pay an accountant or a reliable person to help you get it or there are applications (Taxu) that can help you by notifying you when an appointment is available or they will directly take it out for you.
Terrible terrible service cannot be that for such important and essential procedures for many people there is such an ineffective structure and organization.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenia mis dudas por los comentarios acerca de todas las trabas que iba a pasar para mi trámite, les aseguro no fue así, porque mi cita para renovar la FIEL se agendo al segundo día de la solicitud, acudí al SAT en aproximadamente 10 minutos finalice mi trámite, la atención fue profesional por el asesor Pedro de Jesús.
I had my doubts because of the comments about all the obstacles that I was going to go through for my procedure, I assure you it was not like that, because my appointment to renew the FIEL was scheduled on the second day of the application, I went to the SAT in approximately 10 minutes I finished my procedure, the attention was professional by the advisor Pedro de Jesús.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy amables excelente y rápido servicio, aclaro que yo fui por constancia de situación fiscal, solo necesite mi INE,pero si van a hacer otro trámite es mejor con cita, porque se puede tardar unos minutos mas
