★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi calificación no es para los empleados que atienden la oficina mi calificación es para el sistema no es posible que uno quiera hacer un tramite para regularizar sus impuestos o el RFC y simplemente en cozumel un lugar donde ay mucha recaudación de impuestos no te puedan hacer los tramites Hesenciales tiene uno que salir de la isla y aparte no ay forma te dan cita para cita para que tardes meses en atenderte ojalá más usuarios se quejarán para que hicieran algo al respecto
My qualification is not for the employees who attend the office, my qualification is for the system, it is not possible for someone to want to do a process to regularize their taxes or the RFC and simply in Cozumel, a place where there is a lot of tax collection, they cannot do the Essential procedures have one to leave the island and apart from that there is no way they give you an appointment for an appointment so that it takes months to attend to you, hopefully more users will complain so that they do something about it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero stars. Every trip there, they found more reasons I couldn’t get plates. 2 agents suggested falsifying a lease agreement, when in fact I own a house. After 4 trips, I went to the mainland. This was much harder than the immigration process. Those people worked hard and were helpful.
