★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las citas por internet son un fiasco nunca tienen lugar y cuan logras un espacio no confirman, luego cuando logras entrar, te ponen en lista de espera virtual y te asignan día y hora que bien les parece a ellos sin tomar en cuenta si puedes o no y si no puedes por 2 veces te multan. Horror, todo sería más fácil si se pudiera asignar el RFC por internet y ya
 Internet appointments are a fiasco they never take place and when you get a space they don't confirm, then when you get in, they put you on a virtual waiting list and assign you a day and time that they think is good without taking into account if you can or not and if you can't for 2 times they fine you. Horror, everything would be easier if the RFC could be assigned online and that's it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi Reconocimiento a la preparación que tuvo el personal del SAT en Toluca para recibir a la gran cantidad de personas físicas que acudimos por la "ACTUALIZACIÓN DE LOS DATOS FISCALES", fue rápido, estuvieron muy organizados e hicieron el esfuerzo de atender una hora antes de su horario laboral.
My Acknowledgment to the preparation that the SAT staff in Toluca had to receive the large number of individuals who came for the "TAX DATA UPDATE", it was fast, they were very organized and they made the effort to attend an hour before your working hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acudí a realizar una solicitud para la devolución del pago de lo indebido y una licenciada encargada de las multas me dijo que no iba a proceder y que fuera a otro lado cuando yo ya tengo los oficios dirigidos al SAT. Finalmente llegué con alguien que sí sabía y me orientó como hacer el proceso. De verdad que deben capacitar a los encargados para que no sean groseros, déspotas y tengan la información correcta en vez de desinformar y hacer al usuario dar mil vueltas
I went to make a request for the refund of the undue payment and a licensee in charge of the fines told me that she was not going to proceed and that I should go elsewhere when I already have the official letters addressed to the SAT. Finally I got to someone who did know and guided me how to do the process. They really should train those in charge so that they are not rude, despotic and have the correct information instead of misinforming and making the user go around a thousand times
