★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad es pésimo el servicio fui personalmente por qué no se puede sacar CITA el línea y al llegar solo me dijeron que sin cita no me pueden atender y el personal que te brinda información no tiene modal de expresarse.
 The truth is that the service is terrible. I went personally because you can't get an APPOINTMENT online and when I arrived they just told me that without an appointment they can't attend me and the staff that gives you information has no way of expressing themselves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pata la reimpresión del RFC muy rápido el servicio, solo necesitas tu INE actualizada y presentarte. Por pandemia no hay citas pero puedes llegar y te realizan el trámite de manera inmediata
For the reprint of the RFC the service is very fast, you only need your updated INE and introduce yourself. Due to a pandemic there are no appointments but you can arrive and they will carry out the procedure immediately

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No se puede sacar cita en el portal SAT por deficiencia y jamás te atienden sin cita previa, en cambio el SAT de Monterrey antienden más que bien.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Noce que decir pero la verdad estoy inconforme porque el sat no me a depositado mi dinero de la devolucio de impuestos desde el dia 28 de abril y ello si exigen la constancia de situacion fiscal no es justo ya que yo hice mi tramite de la devolucion con tiempo en la fecha adecuada saludos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para la constancia de situación fiscal se tarda desde que llegas a qué te entregan el papel entre una 1:20min a 2:00horas. La fila se va muy rápido aunque veas mucha gente.
Para otros trámites, prácticamente no te atienden si no tienes cita, anteriormente si te atendían, había una fila para citas y otra sin cita. No me gustó que ya no hay lo opción de que te atiendan sin cita.
For proof of tax status, it takes between 1:20 and 2:00 hours from the time you arrive to when the paper is delivered. The queue goes very fast even if you see a lot of people.
For other procedures, they practically do not attend you if you do not have an appointment, previously if they attended you, there was a line for appointments and another without an appointment. I did not like that there is no longer the option of being attended without an appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La genta que se encuentra trabajando en el SAT es muy atenta y trabajadora. El lugar es muy bien ubicado y tiene muy buena porción de estacionamiento. Si batallan para estacionarse, pueden dejar el carro en el walmart que está enfrente.
The people who are working at the SAT are very attentive and hard-working. The place is very well located and has a very good parking lot. If you struggle to park, you can park your car at the walmart across the street.
