★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estoy igual que muchos, varios días y no hay citas, las abren solo para una semana en lugar de ampliar las fechas para que cada quien decida cuándo quiere ir y tener tiempos más holgados, de todas formas muchas personas que tienen la suerte de sacar cita ni se presentan! El otro día me tocó ir solamente para preguntar y cuando estuve nombraron como a dos tres y no estaban presentes!
I am the same as many, several days and there are no appointments, they open only for a week instead of extending the dates so that everyone decides when they want to go and have more comfortable times, anyway many people who are lucky enough to make an appointment do not show up! The other day I had to go just to ask and when I was there they named about two and three and they weren't present!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He tenido que ir dos veces en menos de un mes y me han atendido muy bien. La primera vez no tenía cita pero pude tomar la cita allá para ese mismo día. La segunda vez no tomé cita e igual me atendieron mi requerimiento.
I have had to go twice in less than a month and they have treated me very well. The first time I did not have an appointment but I was able to make the appointment there for the same day. The second time I did not take an appointment and they still attended to my request.
