J	Jose Luis Leyva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal el servicio,aparte de que no tienen una buena organización para tanta solicitud de gente ,no dan bien informes ,no te asesoran en nada y siempre salen con que tienes que tener cita para cualquier cosa ,cuando las citas te las dan 3 o 4 meses después,mínimo deberían de facilitar los trámites para verlos más rápido y menos tedioso para las personas que no sabemos y que nunca hemos tramitado algo así

R	Ricardo Beltran on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala atención, las recepciónistas no ayudan ni orientan sobre los trámites a realizar, niegan el acceso sin cita a pesar de que el portal te invita a que acudas sin previa cita, y aunque quieras agenda cita no se puede pues el servicio esta saturado y muy mal organizado, fui desde lejos y regrese con tiempo perdido y sin el tramite realizado, pésimo servicio "público" y en verdad deja mucho que desear...
V	Valencia Roberto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención en recepción es pésima, hay que aguantarles la cara a los que te dicen a dónde ir pero una vez tomando turno ya a tu suerte. A mi me atendió muy bien una persona adulta mayor, mujer y todo bien. Pero si llega algún conocido que las saluda efusivamente no hay problema, pasan 1, 2 y 3 personas ? El trato por el personal administrativo fue bueno (al menos con migo) El enorme problema son los "guardias" de la entrada que se creen la gran cosa, déspotas que te tratan de la vrga como si les debieras la vida entera. Y luego se indignan si no les demuestras el supuesto "respeto" que se merecen. Actualización. Pude reagendar mi cita porque creí que por haber llegado 5min tarde me iban a rechazar, pero al llegar a mi nueva cita (a las 3pm) aceptaron a un chavo que su cita era a las 10am. Cabe aclarar que las sillas no son suficientes, hay más personas en fila.
